FRIENDS OF THE RESONOSPHERE

Friends of the Resonosphere is a supporting membership to provide financial support for the construction and exhibition of the Resonosphere. The Resonosphere project will be made possible by many individuals, not one.

Follow the story of the creation of this work of art, which involves the construction, testing, prototyping of spheres of varying materials – steel, stone, geopolymer concretes, obsidian and quartz and as such requires an ambitious fundraising effort; furthermore there are the logistics of transportation, modular construction, and a team effort to bring it to life.

As a friend of the Resonosphere, your donation will help us complete the construction of the sphere for a public opening, where people can experience the project. While we are still working our way with the design of the resonance within the space, and early sphere builds will need to be of a lighter weight construction – the goal is the same – this is an artwork to be experienced. The sharing of the project is what’s important, experiencing sound against the body, the project will be a meditation within and with each other – an experience of sound, space, the body and perhaps offering an opening to a dimension of stillness and timelessness.
